Cadillac has signed Emmy and Oscar-winning actress Regina King as brand ambassador, kicking off their relationship with a new promotional campaign for the 2021 Escalade.
King won an Emmy for her performance in HBO’s Watchmen, and an Oscar last year for her role in “If Beale Street Could Talk”. This marks the second time she’s partnered with Cadillac after helping to promote the 2021 Escalade back in February.
As for this latest campaign, it’s called “Never Stop Arriving” and it kicks off this month.

“The Cadillac experience is all about ambition, being hopeful and being relentless as you work toward your goals,” said the actress. “Cadillac looks to make every journey extraordinary, and we all should be striving for that.”
Meanwhile, the carmaker’s chief marketing officer Melissa Grady had this to say regarding the announcement: “This is a new era for Cadillac – fearless, innovative and one where we never stop pushing boundaries, and Regina King reflects all those facets and so much more. King’s unique ability to defy convention and look toward the future are how we approach the opportunities ahead of us at Cadillac.”
Cadillac completely redesigned the Escalade for 2021, adding new technologies such as the curved Organic Light Emitting Diode (OLED) screen, the first AKG automotive audio system, plus the latest version of the Super Cruise driver assistance system (for compatible highways).
In the Escalade, Super Cruise allows for hands-free driving on more than 200,000 miles (321,869 km) of highways across Canada and the United States.
As for power units, buyers can choose between a 6.2-liter V8 unit with 420 HP (426 PS) and 460 lb-ft (623 Nm), and a 3.0-liter turbodiesel with 277 HP (281 PS) and the same 460 lb-ft of torque as the V8.
