Aston Martin announced its collaboration with renowned architect Sir David Adjaye to design five exclusive luxury homes in New York City, located at the new 130 William building in Lower Manhattan.
The collaboration includes five fully furnished luxury apartments on the 59th and 60th floors of the building, with buyers having the option to customize one of the rooms into a racing simulator, an office and library space, or a bedroom. Each apartment will also be accompanied by a special edition Aston Martin DBX at no extra charge.

The new Aston Martin DBX ‘130 William Adjaye Special Edition’ is the company’s first model to have been customized in collaboration with an architect.
The special edition of Aston’s luxury SUV also marks the debut of real stone accents, featuring Grey “Pietra D’Avola” marble inlays matched with Satin Walnut wood, and details in bronze and black anodized aluminum. In addition, the British automaker’s Q personalization division offers a hand-stitched Parliament Green leather option for the cabin to match the walls of the simulator room and a bespoke multilayered exterior color inspired by the exterior of the 130 William building.
The British carmaker, which clearly has a thing for the real estate business lately, worked together with the famous architect to introduce Aston Martin’s elegant design and craftmanship into the building’s custom architecture and handcrafted interiors.
Each home features an expansive outdoor loggia spanning the entire length of the residence and comes fully furnished with unique visual elements, accessories, and furniture from the Aston Martin Home Collection by Formitalia.
Prices for the five exclusive luxury apartments start from $3,985,000 and can reach up to $11.5 million for one of the two available penthouses. It might be out-of-this-world expensive, but hey, at least you’re getting a free Aston Martin DBX.
