Not long after our spy photographers snapped the 2022 Jeep Compass testing, leaked images of the updated model have emerged out of China.
The revamped Compass pictured here in Chinese-specification reveals a handful of visual updates. At the front, it features a slightly more angular grille with a new mesh design as well as slimmer and wider headlights.
The lower portion of the front fascia is also all-new and includes smaller fog lights and black trim connecting the two fog lights, while the lower grille is wider. No obvious changes have been made to the rear.

Moreover, we get to see the 2022 Compass Trailhawk. It is distinguished by an all-black grille, black and red graphics on the hood, two red tow hooks at the front, black window surrounds, black wing mirrors and unique black and silver wheels.
We have no photos of the SUV’s interior, but it is expected to be subtly refreshed with a new infotainment screen that uses the latest Uconnect software.
In October, it was reported that the 2022 Compass could premiere at the Guangzhou Auto Show on November 22. If that is indeed the case, then we won’t have to wait long to get all the details.
