The new generation 2021 Ford F-150 is arguably one of the most important introductions this year in the North American region and it has rather large shoes to fill.
However, the 2021 F-150 manages to make a strong first impression as it comes pretty loaded with new clever features designed to make it more practical than ever.
Of course, no one is more popular to show off a vehicle’s ‘quirks and features’ than Doug DeMuro and the new Ford F-150 has plenty of those to go through.

One of the most unusual features is of course that foldable gear lever, which can sit flush with the center console in order to make room for Ford’s new ‘Interior Work Surface’. Drivers can use it as a desk or a table, use their laptops on it, sign a document, or simply have a meal.
The ‘Max Recline Seats’ is another feature targeted at professionals, with the 2021 F-150 featuring seats that can fold almost flat and allow the driver and front passenger for some downtime with comfort.
The bed comes with its own pair of 120-volt power outlets, with the Hybrid variant offering a 240-volt power supply. In addition, Ford’s Pro Power Onboard system allows owners to use their truck as a generator to provide up to 2,000 watts of power, enabling owners to use their tools whenever they want.
The new infotainment system with the bigger touchscreen display is also faster and more capable than before while the digital instrument cluster features impressive graphics and its set of cut scenes every time you go through the different drive modes.
