Super Bowl Sunday is this weekend and General Motors is previewing one of their commercials for the big game.
As you can see in the teaser videos, the ad will star Will Ferrell who has become obsessed with Norway.
In one of the clips, Ferrell reads up on the history of Norway and remarks how much he hates the country. His disgust leads him to make a prank call where he orders five million pizzas with anchovies, while joking that Olaf has a coupon.

The third and final teaser is more direct as Ferrell sings “Norway, we’re coming for you.” He continues, “Knock knock, it’s America and we’re gonna punch you in the face.”
As you can probably tell, Ferrell’s Norway obsession is related to the country’s love affair with electric vehicles. As Reuters reported last month, 54.3% of vehicles sold in Norway last year were EVs. That’s a record and it means electric vehicles outsold petrol, hybrid and diesel models combined.
Ferrell’s fighting words are a reference to GM’s plan to launch 30 electric vehicles globally by 2025. More than 20 of them will be available in North America and they’ll come from brands ranging from Chevrolet to Cadillac.
GM hasn’t released a full list, but the company has already announced Cadillac will offer the Celestiq and Lyriq as well as a full-size SUV. Over at GMC, the brand is working on the Hummer EV family and a mainstream pickup.
Chevrolet will introduce the 2022 Bolt and Bolt EUV later this month, and they’ll be followed by electric crossovers, a full-size pickup and mysterious “Low Roof Entries.” GM will also launch the Cruise Origin as well as two Buick crossovers.
