From the factory, the BMW M2 CS is a mighty sports car that ticks just about every box imaginable. However, Manhart thought it could make the car even more impressive and has just unveiled its potent MH2 GTR.
The 3.0-liter twin-turbocharged six-cylinder of the M2 CS delivers 444 hp and 406 lb-ft (550 Nm) of torque as standard but thanks to a new turbocharger, intercooler, aluminum charge pipes, a Manhart carbon fiber intake, stainless steel exhaust system, sports downpipes, and 300-cell catalytic converters, the MH2 GT2 delivers 592 hp. Manhart has also remapped the ECU and upgraded the seven-speed dual-clutch transmission.

To ensure the upgraded M2 CS can handle just as well as it goes in a straight-line, it has been equipped with Concave One forged wheels finished in matte black and measuring 20×9 at the front and 20×10.5 at the rear with 255/30 and 295/25 Michelin Pilot Sport Cup 2 tires respectively. Various H&R parts have also been used to upgrade the suspension.
The exterior of the car shares a resemblance to the BMW M2 CS Racing and includes a motorsport-inspired livery with BMW M’s trademark colors. Various aerodynamic modifications have also been made, including the fitment of a new carbon fiber splitter, carbon fiber flics on the skirts, and a striking carbon fiber rear wing.
Manhart’s modifications continue in the cabin with new Recaro sports seats, a BMW M Performance steering wheel, and a small data display positioned where one of the air vents ordinarily sits.
