The McLaren 765 LT is one of those cars that simply don’t need any more power than they already have from the factory. However, the power-hungry McLaren drivers out there can always count on Novitec, which has just launched their tuning solutions for Woking’s latest track-focused supercar.

While the standard McLaren 765 LT already offers 754 HP (765 PS) and 590 lb-ft (800 Nm) of torque from a twin-turbo 4.0-liter V8 engine, Novitec’s new upgrades can boost the output up to 843 HP (855 PS) at 7,400 rpm and 662 lb-ft (898 Nm) of torque at 6,300 rpm.

That’s an increase of 88 HP and 72 lb-ft over the standard 765 LT and comes courtesy of Novitec’s ‘Performance Stage 2’ kit. This includes the company’s plug & play Novitec N-Tronic control unit, which is adapted to the engine ECU to control both the ignition and injection, as well as to modify the electronic boost pressure control.

Novitec’s ‘Performance Stage 2’ kit also includes a fully thermally insulated high-performance exhaust system made out of Inconel and ceramic-coated turbo inlet pipes. Novitec says that their Inconel exhaust system is lighter than the standard titanium system and can be optionally plated with gold all the way up to the four tailpipes.

The added firepower sends the Novitec-tuned McLaren 765 LT from 0 to 62 mph (100 km/h) in just 2.5 seconds, an improvement of 0.3 seconds over the ‘standard’ model. 0 to 124 mph (200 km/h) comes in just 6.5 seconds while top speed is set at over 205 mph (330 km/h).

The visual modifications start with a set of Novitec’s MC3 forged wheels, which are manufactured for the tuning company by Vossen. The new wheel design features seven spokes, with the front ones measuring 20-inches and the rear ones 21-inches in diameter. Novitec offers a choice between 72 different colors and the option of brushed or polished surfaces for their wheels.

Novitec also offers a set of sports springs that are specifically matched to this specific wheel/tire combination and lower the ride height of the 765 LT by around 20 mm. The company’s tuning options for the McLaren 765 LT also include a range of aero components, including naked carbon inserts for the headlights, the N-Largo trunk lid, and the roof scoop. The rocker panels and the air intakes can also be had in naked carbon.
