Lexus is about to pull the cover off their new electric vehicle concept.
The concept, which was teased over the last few weeks, will be presented today at 6:00 a.m. ET (12:00 p.m. CET) and, as we have become accustomed to, the unveiling will be streamed over the web.
“Many wonder what the future will look like. But few ask how it will feel. Find the answer on March 30th at 6am ET”, the caption attached to the live video says.

As Toyota’s luxury car brand has previously announced, the as-of-yet-unnamed concept will preview their next-gen models. It will feature a closed-off spindle grille, slender LED headlights, muscular bonnet and an illuminated Lexus logo up front, whereas at the rear it will have a pair of LED taillights, small boot lid / tailgate spoiler and an aggressively styled bumper that reminds of the LFA. The profile looks rather sleek, with the tall shoulder line and an arched rear window.
It appears that the new Lexus study has a futuristic interior with a yoke-like steering wheel and seating for four, but we will find out soon enough if that is indeed the case.
Details concerning the powertrain are scarce, but it is expected to have a dual-motor set-up. The Japanese automaker has already shown a crossover prototype at the end of 2020 which featured a pair of electric motors, each one pushing out 201 horsepower and 221 pound-feet (300 Nm) of torque, although it remains to be seen if the same setup will be adopted by the new concept.
