The Enyaq iV Sportline rides 15 mm (0.6 in) lower at the front and 10 mm (0.4 in) lower at the rear, comes with standard Drive Mode select and progressive steering, and can be enhanced with the Dynamic Chassis Control. The roof rails, window frames and rear diffuser are finished in black to set it apart from lesser versions, as do the unique front apron and badges, black logos and 20-inch Vega Anthracite alloy wheels. The full Matrix LED headlights are offered at no extra cost.

Inside, it has a pair of sports seats with integrated headrests at the front wrapped in a combination of Alcantara and leather with grey piping. The upholstery and roof lining are predominantly black, and the dashboard is upholstered in black synthetic leather with grey contrast stitching. The EV has a three-spoke multi-function sports steering wheel wrapped in leather stitched together with grey string that displays the ‘SportLine’ lettering on the lower spoke. The carbon fiber-effect trim on the dashboard and door cards, and aluminum-look pedals complete the design.
