The car that earned the Ringbrothers special recognition for “Outstanding Achievement in Design” at the 2012 SEMA show could now be yours.
The 2013 Mustang is a carbon fiber dream of early teens design. Featuring a body kit, a spoiler with no middle over the trunk, and finished in Nissan Cefiro Gray, not to mention the Ringbrothers bona fides, the car is sure to impress at your next show and shine.
Surprisingly, though, there have been a few modifications made since the Ringbrothers built it. The ProCharger supercharged Coyote V8 was replaced by an 5.0-liter Aluminator V8, though it has all the same mods that the Wisconsin tuners made in 2012.

As a result, a dyno sheet finds that it’s making 506 hp and 440 lb-ft of torque. Not bad. And it’s smog compliant for now, though the seller warns that it might have to be tuned to comply with future smog regulations.
Its muscular stance, meanwhile, comes from a set of Pedders eXtreme xA coilovers and a BMR 1.25-inch adjustable Panhard rod. This was installed by the selling dealer, unlike the engine which was installed by a previous owner.
As for modifications the original tuners made, the Mustang sits on 20-inch HRE Ringbrothers Edition wheels that shod in Nitto tires that might need to be replaced soon, since they show 2012 date codes. The wheels surround Baer 6S brakes whose discs are slotted and drilled.
The rear seat was deleted and replaced by a full-size spare. The front seats, meanwhile, were redone by Upholstery Unlimited.
With just 9,200 miles on the odometer, there shouldn’t be many concerns with the shape that this car is in. Located in California, the Mustang GT “Switchback” is being sold on Bring a Trailer.
