A video of an incident that occurred last Monday in Davie, Florida shows a driver weaving in and out of traffic in a Ford Mustang before eventually crashing it into the canal adjacent to the road.
The video begins with the Mustang driver driving down the wrong side of the road, where he eventually making his way onto the sidewalk. He manages to stay in the boundaries of the sidewalk for a surprising amount of time, then crosses back onto the road, still on the wrong side.

The driver then approaches the intersection, where luckily the oncoming truck driver was alert and yielded to the Mustang. After somehow making it safely through the intersection, he then proceeds forward straddling both lanes. However, just a few seconds later he takes a sharp left and veers off the road down the embankment, landing in the canal below with a big splash. The video then cuts to emergency services on the scene. Luckily for the driver, the water was not so deep so there really was no risk of drowning.

The driver was initially thought to be drunk, but it was later reported by WSVN 7News Miami that he was suffering from low blood sugar. Thankfully, this accident didn’t result in any serious injuries, as the Mustang was going really slow. You can watch the whole ordeal unfold for yourself below.
