Jeep continues its 80th anniversary celebrations with the introduction of the Wrangler Unlimited Willys in Australia.
A limited production run of 130 units, it pays tribute to the legendary Willys Overland CJ-3A, featuring exclusive updates inside and out.
Available in Sarge Green, Sting Grey, Bright White or Black, the limited edition Wrangler has a glossy black front grille, ‘Willys’ decals on each side of the hood, a ‘4 Wheel Drive’ decal on the rear swing gate and 17-inch Moab black aluminum wheels with a five-spoke design.

The interior sports a silver-platinum instrument mid-panel and all-weather floor mats. The upgrades do not end here, though, as the Wrangler Unlimited Willys is also equipped with an upgraded Dana M220 rear axle and anti-spin rear differential.
“The Jeep Willys Overland CJ-3A is an off-road icon and we’re excited to offer a modern model to the market that features an array of 4×4 upgrades and unique styling that honors the Jeep heritage”, Jeep Australia director of Brand and Product Strategy, Guillaume Drelon, said. “Jeep owners have been able to experience the adventure, open-air freedom and off-road capability that the Willys has had to offer since 1948, and this is no different in 2021.”
Based on the Wrangler Night Eagle, the Wrangler Unlimited Willys is powered by a 3.6-liter V6 rated at 209 kW (284 PS / 280 HP), which is paired to an eight-speed automatic transmission and four-wheel drive. It is already available for order, starting at AU$61,941 (US$48,235), excluding all on-road costs and dealer delivery fees, and the first units will arrive in showrooms next month.
