One of the hottest upgrades available for the latest Audi RS6 Avant comes from MTM in the form of modified turbochargers, new software, and other tweaked and new parts.
The result is a jaw-dropping 1,001 horsepower and 921 pound-feet (1,250 Nm) of torque produced by the twin-turbocharged 4.0-liter V8, a 410 HP and 332 lb-ft (450 Nm) improvement over the stock executive super estate.

With the aftermarket parts up and running, the tuned RS6 Avant, which boasts original Bugatti Veyron levels of power, does the 0 to 62 mph (0-100 km/h) acceleration in just 2.9 seconds, down from 3.6 seconds of the stock car. It can hit the 124 mph (200 km/h) mark in 8.6 seconds and has a top speed in excess of 217 mph (350 km/h), up from the standard model’s 190 mph (305 km/h).
Straight-line performance is one thing; a track test is a completely different story, and in this case, MTM’s insanely powerful RS6 was unleashed at the Hockenheim GP by SportAuto, posting an unofficial lap time of 1:53.40. But what does that actually mean? Well, it was quicker than the Porsche 718 Cayman GT4 (1:53.90) and Taycan Turbo (1:54.10). It also managed to beat the BMW M5 Competition (1:54.20), Ford Mustang Shelby GT500 (1:54.60) and Audi R8 V10 Spyder Performance (1:55.20).
Despite its very impressive performance, though, the tuned super estate couldn’t beat some pretty serious machinery around the track, coming behind the likes of the Mercedes-AMG GT 63 S (1:52.80), Porsche 991.2 Turbo S (1:50.00), Lamborghini Aventador SVJ (1:47.30) and McLaren 765LT (1:46.20).
