Jeep expects the 2021 Wagoneer to prove popular in the aftermarket scene.
Unveiled to the world last week alongside the more luxurious Grand Wagoneer, Jeep’s latest SUV could be transformed by tuners for events like the Overland Expo West in September, Overland Expo East in October, and the SEMA Show this coming November.

“I think on Wagoneer, maybe a little less on the Grand Wagoneer, we’ll see overlanders, we’ll see all kinds of lift kits and tires and outdoorsy stuff,” Jeep brand chief executive Christian Meunier told Muscle Cars & Trucks. “Crazy sh*t. We’ll see a lot of fun stuff on the Wagoneer, and we want to stimulate that. Get ready to see the Wagoneer at SEMA. I think people are going to go nuts with it, and we want them to go nuts. That’s part of the culture. We’re talking and debating about having some aftermarket people come earlier to be ready to start working on their programs.”
In addition to the aftermarket having its way with the Wagoneer, Stellantis’ own Mopar division will also unveil a plethora of accessories for the SUV, potentially including things like bull bars, light bars, beefed-up wheels and tires, roof racks, and new suspension components.
Prices for the 2021 Jeep Wagoneer kick off at $57,995 and the SUV comes standard with a 5.7-liter Hemi V8 supplemented by an eTorque 48V mild-hybrid system. This engine delivers 392 hp and 404 lb-ft (547 Nm) of torque. Customers after more performance can opt for a 6.4-liter Hemi V8 with 471 hp and 455 lb-ft (617 Nm).
