A 1987 BMW 535is is looking for a new home on Bring A Trailer and while it has 195,000 miles on the clock, it appears to have been well cared for and would look good in any garage.

The listing states that the car was relocated from Florida to California in 1996 before being purchased by the seller in 2012. It recently underwent a service that saw the oil and fluids replaced alongside the clutch, water pump, spark plugs, and ignition cap and rotor. It is being offered at no reserve with spare parts, an accident-free Carfax report, and a clean California title in the seller’s name.

The bodywork is painted in Cinnabar Red and the exterior also features yellow fog lights, a trunk spoiler, sunroof, and a center-exit exhaust system with dual tips. The car is rocking a set of aftermarket 16-inch Alpina-style wheels measuring 8 inches wide and are wrapped in Goodyear tires. The suspension has been upgraded with Bilstein shocks and H&R lowering springs while braking is provided by discs at all four corners.

A look inside the cabin of the 5-Series reveals black leather seats, although they have been clad in seat covers. The 1987 535is also features power windows and locks, a wooden shift knob, an aftermarket steering wheel and an Alpine head unit.

Powering the 535is is a 3.4-liter M30 inline-six pumping out 182 hp and 214 lb-ft (290 Nm) of torque. Power is sent to the rear wheels courtesy of a five-speed manual transmission and a factory limited-slip differential.
