Bentley is partnering with a world-renowned architectural firm to create the first Bentley-branded residence in Sunny Isles Beach, Miami.
The 60-story tower will be the tallest beach-front residential tower in America and will feature 200 luxury apartments with an in-unit multi-car garage. Not a garage in the basement with enough room for multiple cars per unit, a garage in your actual apartment that is served by a patented car elevator.
Bentley also promises an ocean view for every residence in the building along with a private balcony, pool, sauna, and outdoor shower for every home. If you do want to meet others, though, there’s a gym, a spa, a restaurant, a whisky bar, and a landscaped communal garden.

To accomplish all of this, Bentley has partnered with architecture firm Sieger Suarez Architects and Dezer Development.
“Partnering with Bentley Motors, a true global luxury brand and being able to create another first in the Miami marketplace is an extraordinary opportunity,” said Gil Dezer, President of Dezer Development. “With Bentley Motors, together we will create something inspiring, powerful and iconic – a true game-changer when it comes to luxury living.”
Luxury isn’t the only word to describe the tower, though. It is being developed with the Florida Green Building Council (FLGC) certification to help protect local wildlife like the endangered sea turtles that nest nearby.
That will mean environmentally-friendly building materials and construction designed to reduce coastal lighting, a particular concern for the turtles.
Bentley, meanwhile, has had a say in both the interior and the exterior design of the building.
“The modern and progressive brand identity of Bentley Residences is at work in both the tower’s interior and exterior spaces, rooted in authenticity, sustainability, and innovation. We’ve partnered with Dezer to create a living experience that expresses the very philosophy of the Bentley brand and stays true to our vision of inspiring extraordinary journeys.”
Construction is set to begin in 2023 with a projected completion date of 2026. If you’re interested in more, check out their dedicated website here.
