Bugatti has expanded its global retailer network by opening a new showroom in the Minato City district of Tokyo, which is operated by Sky Group, their official sales partner.

Inaugurated today (April 16, 2021), the Bugatti Tokyo site is one of the first in the world to have been designed around the marque’s new visual identity. The white Bugatti name sits on an anthracite background on the outside, and the experience is enhanced by the video monitor that highlights the brand’s values.

There is also a lounge area, and customers can further immerse themselves in the world of Bugatti with the catalogs, color samples and leather swatches that can be used to create their own personalized hypercar. The icing on the cake, however, is a Chiron, which has officially touched down in Japan’s capital, having passed the strict local homologation requirements last year, alongside its derivatives.

“This move into the Japanese market is perfectly timed for us, as customers can now enjoy the legendary Chiron hyper sports on Japanese public roads”, said Bugatti President Stephan Winkelmann. “This new showroom site in Tokyo is a home away from home, and we have complete faith that Sky Group embodies the passion and philosophy of Molsheim. We are delighted that Bugatti Tokyo will present our brand perfectly, not just to our Japanese customers, but also to a truly international clientele, thanks to the showroom’s unique location within Tokyo’s embassy quarter.”

Ensuring an intimate and COVID-safe experience for customers, the showroom can be visited by appointment only, and tours will be scheduled on a one-to-one basis.
