Partnering with Sean Evans of the Hot Ones YouTube show, Ford Performance sought to bottle the essence of the Mustang Mach-E 1400.
The idea was to “turn the feeling of riding in the Mustang Mach-E 1400 into a hot sauce, with notes of smoke, charred earth, and plenty of the insanely hot peppers – for a hot sauce that will make you scream like the Mustang Mach-E 1400.”

It’s kind of unclear if Hot Ones actually made a small batch of hot sauce or just put new labels on bottles of their own, but either way, Sean Evans brought pro drifter Vaughn Gittin Jr., who helped design the Mustang Mach-E 1400, into the studio to try the hot wings.
The promotional video doesn’t quite follow the Hot Ones format, but Gittin does appear to handle the hot sauce pretty well.
Inspiration for the alleged hot sauce came from a literal spin around Charlotte Motor Speedway. The pro drifter took Evans out for a drift in the Mach-E 1400. “It was like the most insane rollercoaster ride ever,” says Evans. “I didn’t want it to end. I didn’t want it to stop.”
The bad news is that you won’t have the chance to taste it; Ford Performance notes the sauce won’t be commercially available and was intended solely for commercial purposes.
