The collection of a U.S. Navy veteran and former Post Office employee is heading to auction.
Bernie Larson had a strong affinity for Pontiac Trans Am and before his death, had accrued a collection of almost 20 classic Pontiacs. They are now being readied for sale by VanDerBrink Auctions.
The auction house says that after retired from the postal service, Larson frequented swap meets and was always looking for cars and car parts to buy. After he died last year, his family decided it would be the right time to sell the collection.
