Having been photographed for the first time earlier this year, a prototype for the next generation Dacia Logan MCV small wagon has been spied again testing in icy conditions in northern Europe.
Beyond the fact that this was a right-hand drive variant, the estate model looks virtually the same as before, with plenty of camouflage covering the body and rear windows. And if that wasn’t enough, it also features some plastic cladding meant to keep its design hidden away until its reveal.

Still, we expect it to feature the same front end treatment as the 2020 Logan sedan, possibly with a slightly modified grille. The same will apply inside with the MCV sharing its dashboard and infotainment system with Dacia’s latest four-door model.
The engine lineup will carry over from the shorter-roof variant too and will kick off with a naturally aspirated 1.0-liter three-cylinder mill, rated at 65 PS (64 HP / 48 kW). A turbocharged three cylinder will also be included, delivering 90 PS (89 HP / 66 kW), as well as a petrol/LPG model, with 100 PS (99 HP / 74 kW). Transmission options will vary depending on the selected engine and will include a five-speed manual, a six-speed manual and a CVT.
In all likelihood, the 2021 Dacia Logan MCV will premiere before the end of the year.
