The exterior designs of the C7 and C8-generation Chevrolet Corvette are quite radical compared to their predecessors but if you want a ‘Vette with a slightly more classic shape, this example could be right up your alley.

Obviously, this isn’t just any old C6 Corvette. Instead, the car has been comprehensively modified by Lingenfelter to dramatically increase its performance.

The car’s standard 6.0-liter LS2 V8 has been modified by Lingenfelter Performance and fitted with an Edelbrock E-Force TVS 2300 supercharger, an air to water intercooler, ported LS2 cylinder heads, a Comp Cams GT9 camshaft, high-flow fuel injectors, a high-flow air intake, a 160-degree thermostat, and a stainless steel 2.5-inch exhaust with Corsa mufflers. It pumps out 665 hp which are sent to the rear wheels courtesy of a four-speed automatic transmission.

These modifications alone would be enough to make this Corvette special but the Supervettes ZR6X bodykit makes it stand out even further, giving the car a menacing stance on the road thanks to flared wheel arches, a ZR1 front splitter, vented hood, side skirts, a rear spoiler, and a new rear bumper and diffuser. The car also sits on staggered-width Forestar F14 20-inch forged wheels wrapped in 295/25 front and 345/25 rear Nitto Invo tires.

Elsewhere, a set of coilovers have been installed as have new front and rear swaybars and a camber kit. Braking is provided by Z06 six-piston front and four-piston rear calipers.

The car is listed up for auction through Bring A Trailer and has just 6,000 miles (~9,600 km) on the clock.
