The Infiniti QX60 is nearly a decade old and there’s no hiding that fact as the model has a dated design as well as an old school interior.

That’s about to change as Infiniti will introduce the redesigned QX60 on June 23rd at 1 p.m. ET.

While the company is keeping details under wraps, the model was previewed by the stylish QX60 Monograph concept and it promises to be a legitimate competitor to modern three-row luxury crossovers such as the Lincoln Aviator.

Infiniti has been teasing the model for months and their latest batch of images is focused on the more modern and upscale interior. In particular, the company dropped a photo of the crossover’s new zero gravity front seats which feature quilted semi-aniline leather upholstery as well as heating, ventilation and massage functions.

While there isn’t much to see, previous pictures have shown the crossover will have a flat-bottomed steering wheel, a widescreen infotainment system and a leather-wrapped dashboard. Other notable highlights will include a floating center console, new switchgear and metallic trim.

Infiniti has already confirmed the 2022 QX60 will go on sale this fall with a 3.5-liter V6 engine that produces 295 hp (220 kW / 299 PS). It will be connected to an all-new nine-speed automatic transmission and this setup will enable the model to tow up to 6,000 lbs (2,722 kg), which is a 20% improvement over its predecessor.

Furthermore, the crossover will have the latest iteration of Infiniti’s ProPILOT Assist semi-autonomous driving system. It features improved lane detection and lane centering capabilities as well as a curve control function and upgraded capabilities when dealing with stop-and-go traffic.

The crossover will be revealed on Wednesday at an event directed by Zack Snyder and featuring actress Kate Hudson. Details remain elusive, but Infiniti Global Marketing General Manager Phil York has previously said, “Our research found that that over 70% of our target customers feel that premium automotive brands do not understand them. Seeing the QX60 in Kate’s world gives us a unique chance to connect with our customers in a relevant and meaningful way.”
