If you didn’t get an order in for the 2021 Ford Bronco before production started, a search through the classifieds shows that you may have to cough up quite a premium to purchase a Bronco from a dealership lot.
A search on Autotrader of all Ford Bronco models available for sale across the United States reveals that there are 775 examples to choose from. There are heaps that are priced at or near their MSRP but there are many dealerships looking to cash in on demand for the off-roader.

The two most expensive are being sold by Borgman Ford Mazda in Grandville, Michigan, each listed for the same $100,000. Over at Davidson Ford of Watertown in Watertown, New York, there is a 2021 Bronco Big Bend 2-Door painted Rapid Red Metallic with an asking price of $99,995. There are two other Broncos with prices exceeding the $80,000 mark offered for sale, including a 2-Door First Edition from a private seller with an $85,000 asking price.
In addition, there are roughly a dozen 2021 Ford Bronco models with asking prices in the $70,000 range, many of which have $20,000 markups.
The Ford Bronco isn’t the only new off-roader being sold by dealerships with exorbitant markups, Jalopnik notes. A search through Autotrader shows a couple of 2021 Jeep Wrangler Rubicon 392 V8 models being sold for well over their MSRPs, including one through KarMART Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram FIAT in Burlington, Washington with a $111,845 asking price.
