If you would like to own a Dodge Charger but need the practicality of a pickup truck, this example could be the perfect car for you.
Currently up for auction through Cars & Bids, this is a 2006 Charger R/T that has been converted into a pickup by Smyth Performance. The car, which could be considered kinda like a modern-day El Camino, has 68,600 miles on the clock and is being sold with a clean Carfax report.

The listing confirms that the pickup conversion was performed last year and the Smyth Performance kit includes fiberglass quarter panels, a steel tailgate, and a multi-panel aluminum cargo box. The car also features the rear glass from a Chevrolet Colorado and taillights from a Dodge Caravan, sits on aftermarket 20-inch wheels and has Eibach lowering springs as well as Koni shocks. Other modifications made include the fitment of orange brake calipers, stainless-steel exhaust tips, and tinted windows.
Power comes courtesy of the same 5.7-liter Hemi V8 that the Charger left the factory with, producing a total of 340 hp and 390 lb-ft of torque. This engine is coupled to a five-speed automatic transmission powering the rear wheels.
The listing adds that the car originally left the factory with the available Convenience Group II meaning it has heated front seats, power-adjustable passenger’s seat, power-adjustable pedals, dual-zone automatic climate control, and one-touch up and down power windows.
