The Corvette C8 is an impressive beast, but that hasn’t stopped GeigerCars from trying to improve things.
Starting with the exterior, the company has created a new carbon fiber front splitter and rear spoiler. They aren’t just for looks as GeigerCars says the “goal was to achieve sufficient downforce and, at the same time, cause as little drag as possible so as to gain advantages for the longitudinal dynamics and top speed.”
Speaking of aerodynamics, GeigerCars was able to minimize drag via an air duct in the front bumper. The company says it allows for better air flow underneath the vehicle, which “results in a higher contact pressure at the front.”

On the performance side, customers can order an adjustable coilover suspension that was developed with KW. The companies are also developing a club sports suspension that should appeal to track day enthusiasts as it has sportier spring and damper characteristics. Owners can also order stainless steel chassis struts, which promise to improve torsional stiffness and stability.
Finally, there are an assortment of brake upgrades including steel-flex lines and sport brake linings. Owner can also purchase an AP Racing track brake system, which has six-piston calipers, two-piece discs and steel-flex lines.
The engine remains untouched and this means there’s a mid-mounted 6.2-liter V8 that develops up to 495 hp (369 kW / 502 PS) and 470 lb-ft (637 Nm) of torque. It enables the standard Z51 to accelerate from 0-60 mph (0-96 km/h) in 2.9 seconds and run the quarter mile in 11.2 seconds at 121 mph (195 km/h).
