Ford Gets Rollin’ With 2022 Mustang Coupe And Mach-E Ice White Editions

Ford has announced a new special edition for both the 2022 Ford Mustang Coupe and 2022 Mustang Mach-E. It’s the first time Ford has tied together both the Mustang Coupe and Mach-E electric SUV with a similarly named special edition for both.

Although largely the same, there are subtle differences between the packages for each car. However, these ice-tastic offerings are purely cosmetic — so no performance enhancements.

2022 Mustang Coupe Ice White Edition

The white-on-white-on-white Mustang Coupe features a special Oxford White exterior paint job. It’s matched with 19-inch Oxford White machined wheels, along with front, rear, and side badges all in — you’ve guessed it — Oxford White. You also get clear tail lamps to complete the look.

Inside the coupe, you’re presented with white aluminum trim contrasted with black everything else. That pony badge gets the white party treatment, as do the door and seat inserts, both in leather. And lets not forget the white stitching that features heavily around the cabin, including on the shifter boot (both auto and manual), seats, headrest, center console, and doors.

2022 Mustang Mach-E Ice White Edition

The Mach-E’s Ice White edition follows suit with a different shade for the body and mirror caps: Star White. The wheels, wheel lips, and badges, are all finished in Oxford White, providing the most subtle of contrasts.

Inside the Mach-E Ice White, they’ve thrown caution to the wind and swapped out the white theme found in the coupe for (gasp) grey. Ok, if we’re really honest, it’s a sort of off-white grey. The grey looks a touch more contemporary with the contrast lending well to the overall theme. You still get a white pony on the steering wheel, but the trim on the dash is finished in bright silver. The seats, center cosole, arm rest, and accents are all in “Light Space Grey.”

The package will be offered on “appropriately configured” Mustangs, which likely means it’s restricted to premium-spec cars. As yet pricing has not been announced, but expect to see these white-out ‘Stangs on the roads in 2022.
