Genesis appears to have something up their sleeve as they’ve released a cryptic teaser on social media.
Unfortunately, the video isn’t very revealing as it simply shows two lines that are presumably a reference to their “quad” lighting units.
The caption is also vague as it says “Two lines. One vision for the future.” That seems to suggest the company might be planning to introduce a new concept, but nothing is official as of yet.

However, there are other possibilities including the all-new G90. The range-topping sedan is expected to debut later this year, so the timing lines up and the automaker has already introduced the new GV60, facelifted G70 and electric G80.
If Genesis introduces the G90 next month, it promises to be a major improvement on its predecessor. Previous spy photos have shown the luxury sedan will have a more dynamic design that follows in the footsteps of the G80. Key highlights are slated to include a sportier front fascia, a longer and flatter hood, and sleeker bodywork. We can also expect flush-mounted door handles and a more distinctive rear end.
More importantly, the model will have a modern and high-tech interior. We’ve only seen a few glimpses of the cabin, but it’s slated to have luxurious leather seats, electric door releases and metal speaker grilles. We can also expect a digital instrument cluster, a new infotainment system and higher quality trim.
That being said, we reached out to Genesis and the company seemed to downplay the possibility of a new model being introduced. Instead, a spokesperson suggested we can expect a “vision statement” about the future. Of course, we’ll find out for sure on September 1st at 5 PM PST.
