Hot Wheels has partnered with e-bike manufacturer Super73 and unveiled the Hot Wheels X Super73-RX that will be capped at just 24 units.
The bike is powered by a 960-watt-hour battery that allows it to travel roughly 40 miles (64 km) at 20 mph (32 km/h) on electric power alone. That figure obviously increases once you start pedaling. The Super73-RX also includes a connected electronics suite that is compatible with iOS and Android mobile devices through the Super73 app.

Differentiating this special Hot Wheels model from other Super73 products is a unique paint scheme combining black with bright blue and orange accents. It also features a custom embroidered seat and handlebar pad by Saddlemen, ATV Lock-on grips from ODI, and Stamp I Large pedals from Crankbrothers, as well as a small yellow-tinted headlight.
The e-bike is priced at a cool $5,000 and by the time of writing, all 24 examples had already been sold. It was offered exclusively to buyers in the continental U.S. and each example comes with a collectible Hot Wheels diecast of a Super73 Ford Bronco R adventure vehicle with graphics that match the RX e-bike.
Each Hot Wheels X Super73-RX is built to order and assembled by Super73’s team in Southern California. It takes between 12 and 16 weeks to process and ship each example.
