The Hot Wheels Monster Trucks Live tour announced today that it is kicking off a U.S. tour this September and it will introduce three new monster trucks inspired by the toys that gave the tour its name.

The first is called Mega Wrex. The all-new monster truck is designed to look like a dinosaur and is clearly inspired by the ’90s aesthetic that many of you reading this may remember from your time playing with Hot Wheels as a kid.

At 12-feet tall, 20-feet long, and 12-feet wide (3.6x6x3.6 meters), it certainly lives up to its name as a monster truck. It’s powered by a 565ci (not that) Brad Anderson Hemi V8 that makes 1,800 hp (1,824 PS/1,342 kW) with the help of an 871 Littlefield supercharger. It funnels all that power to the 25×36-inch wheels and the 66x43x35-inch buffed Firestone tires through a two-speed Coan Powerglide transmission. It will be driven by Rick Steffens, who is new to the tour.

Also new to the tour is Rebecca Schnell, whose name literally means fast, and is the first woman to drive for the Hot Wheels Monster Trucks Live. She will be driving the Midwest Madness, another debut for the tour as the first collaboration with Bigfoot.

With a body based on a 1974 Ford F-150, it’s a little smaller than Mega Wrex at 10′ 6″ tall, 20-feet long, and 11′ 8″ wide (3.2x6x3.5 meters). Powered by a 572ci Ford engine, it produces 1,500 hp (1,520 PS/1,118 kW) with the help of a BDS 871 supercharger and also sends its power to the wheels via an Abruzzi two-speed transmission. It gets 66x43x35-inch Firestone Flotation Tires.

Finally, a new truck called Race Ace will join the tour with Hot Wheels‘ iconic flame design. Powered by a 540ci Chevrolet engine, it also makes 1,500 hp (1,520 PS/1,118 kW) thanks to a BDS 871 supercharger. Its body is the same size as Midwest Madness and gets the same tires.

The new trucks will join returning favorites Bone Shaker, Tiger Shark, V8 Bomber, and Demo Derby along with other attractions. The tour begins in Ontario, California on September 18 and will make 10 stops across the U.S.
