The Dodge Viper ACR Extreme remains one of the craziest track-focused road cars in recent memory, but it is no longer in production. Fortunately, some nice examples do hit the used car market from time to time and this is one of them.
This particular Viper ACR Extreme has been listed up for sale from Bring A Trailer and is painted in a bright shade known as Competition Blue. It also has black racing stipes and was delivered new in September 2016 and resided with the first owner in Texas and Florida.
The listing reveals that the current owner purchased it in June 2020 and relocated it to North Carolina where it is currently located. It has only been driven 792 miles (1,274 km) and had an original price of $140,290. With five days left in the auction, bidding had already hit $176,000.

This Viper ACR has been equipped with the Extreme Aero Package, which includes a unique hood with detachable aero louvers, an extended front splitter, carbon fiber front canards, a carbon fiber rear diffuser and an adjustable dual-element rear wing. The car also sits on 19-inch wheels with 295/25 front and 355/30 rear Kumho Ecsta V720 tires.
This sticky rubber is far from the only track-focused element of the car as it also features a 10-way adjustable suspension and five-way adjustable electronic stability control and launch control. It also has Brembo carbon-ceramic brakes with six-piston front and four-piston rear calipers.
Found in the cabin is a combination of black leather and Alcantara with white stitching, while the previous owner also had it equipped with an available 18-speaker audio system from Mopar.
