Acura Won’t Say How Many Doors The New Integra Will Have

Once Acura had announced that the Integra was returning to the market, we all started questioning what form it would take and whether it would be a two-door coupe or a four-door sedan. Other than a drone-show reveal of the new car’s outline, there wasn’t much else to go on. Motor1 reached out to find out more, but Acura wasn’t willing to comment, only referring to the new car as a compact premium.

The 2022 VW Jetta Gets A Very Light Refresh And 11 Extra Horsepower Thanks To New 1.5 TSI

Say hello to the updated VW Jetta. There are a few changes to trim levels, while the Jetta gets a mild visual update in the form of new front and rear bumpers, colors, wheel options, and grille. The 2022 Jetta features a new 1.5-liter TSI engine making 158 hp (160 PS/117 kW) and 184 lb-ft (249 Nm) of torque. That’s a bump of 11 more horsepower than the outgoing engine, but torque figures stay the same. The GLI will retain the 228 hp (231 PS/170 kW) 2.0-liter engine.

Tempted? `

Elon Musk Admits Tesla’s Full Self Driving Beta Is “Actually Not That Great”

Tesla boss Elon Musk admitted that their FSD tech isn’t as great as he’d have hoped. It came in response to a tweet about the tech company’s autonomous system vs. Ford’s BlueCruise. “FSD Beta 9.2 is actually not great imo,” Musk said on Twitter. “But Autopilot/AI team is rallying to improve as fast as possible.”

2022 Toyota GR 86 Tested Hitting 60 MPH In 5.9 Seconds

While some might have bemoaned the fact that the new GR 86 still doesn’t have a turbo, Jason Cammisa seems to think it doesn’t need one. And that’s backed up with his testing, in which he was able to hit 60 mph (96 km/h) in 5.9 seconds — or 5.6 seconds with a one-foot roll-out. During his test for Hagerty, the automotive journalist also raced it against a Mazda MX-5 Miata and a VW Golf GTI. It manages to out-sprint the Miata but couldn’t quite keep up with the Golf GTI — but provides a much better basis for fun antics.

2022 Honda Civic Type R: Everything We Know About The 11th Gen Super Hot Hatch

Camouflaged prototypes of the new Civic Type R have already been spied testing, as we preview what could be the last non-electrified take on the Type R. Our independent illustrations show that the styling of the outgoing model will be dialed back, but will still feature a large wing (possibly adjustable) as well as widened fenders and an aggressive body kit. Honda has also confirmed that the Type-R will retain the previous six-speed manual and front-wheel-drive layout with a pure turbocharged 2.0-liter engine, likely with even more power.

2022 Mercedes-Benz Citan Brings More Style And Substance To Small Vans, EV Coming Next Year

It’s a compact van that is available in both Panel Van and Tourer variants sitting below other vehicles such as the Vito and Sprinter within Mercedes’s commercial line-up. Check Out The Genesis GV60’s Crystal Sphere Shifter In Action

One element of note from the new Genesis GV60 electric crossover is its interesting take on the shifter. We’ve seen non-traditional shifter forms in the past, this is rather different. When the GV60 is in neutral, the Crystal Sphere sits as a glass orb with complex ambient lighting. Once the car is turned on, the orb spins around, revealing a dial that can be twisted to the right to enable Drive and twisted to the left to enable Reverse. This shifter also includes a button for Park and a toggle to adjust the drive mode. Neat.

YouTuber Ordered To Pay $53,000 After Damaging Creek With His Ram 1500 TRX

Although viral videos are all well and good, they don’t always end well. Case in point: the case of the damaged creek. YouTuber Super Street 717 posted a video earlier this year, showing him jumping his TRX across a creek. The authorities were tipped off, and York County Court ordered the Youtuber to pay a $53,000 restitution to repair the damage to the creek. Ouch.
