All 112 examples of the 2022 Lamborghini Countach LPI 800-4 heading to the production line have been sold.
Lamborghini rarely has any difficulty in selling its limited-edition models and even though the Countach LPI 800-4 is based heavily on the Sián (and, thus, the Aventador), that clearly didn’t dissuade some very wealthy collectors from coughing up $2.64 million for the privilege of owning one, Top Gear reports.

Lamborghini launched the supercar to celebrate the 50th anniversary of the original Countach. It uses the same powertrain as the Sián FKP 37, meaning it has a 6.5-liter naturally aspirated V12 working alongside an electric motor and a supercapacitor pumping out 803 hp through all-four wheels. The Countach LIP 800-4 also has a seven-speed transmission like the Aventador/Sián and is all-wheel drive.
The exterior design of the car shares some similarities to the original Countach that inspired it while also sporting parts from the Sian. It is a similar story in the cabin where there are parts from the Aventador and Sián.
Is it really worth $2.64 million? Well, as all units have been sold, Lamborghini’s clients clearly think it is. Sure, a brand new Aventador S costs about $400,000, but then again, it’s nowhere near as exclusive.
