Honda is expected to unveil the new Civic Si any day now with confirmation that U.S. dealerships will start to receive the car in November and December.

The guys over at the Civic 11 Forum have received word from dealerships that the first customer-ordered Civic Si models are scheduled to arrive in November. This gives the automaker just a few weeks to unveil the car.

Limited details about the new Civic Si are known. A leaked product roadmap from Honda’s U.S. marketing department a few months ago indicated that the car would be unveiled in October. Right now, it’s unknown whether it will be sold exclusively as a sedan or if it will also be available as a hatchback.

In June, Honda Canada took to Twitter to confirm that “there will only be a Sedan version of the Si,” at least for the local market. It is unclear if that will be true for other markets like the U.S., with officials from the automaker remaining non-committal on the matter.

The previous-gen Civic Si was sold both in Coupe and Sedan guises and features a 1.5-liter turbocharged four-cylinder with 205 hp and 192 lb-ft (260 Nm) of torque.

The new Civic Si will no doubt benefit from more power than lesser variants of the 11th-gen Civic. It will also feature some unique styling elements that should make it stand out that little bit more.
