Hyundai Introduces New Hydrogen-Powered Concepts, Including A 671 HP Sports Car

While EVs are all the rage in Munich, in Korea, Hyundai introduced two radical new Hydrogen-powered concepts. The Korean automaker believes they can offer fuel cell vehicles at a price point that is comparable to battery electric vehicles by 2030. The Vision FK meanwhile is a 671 hp (500 kW / 680 PS) sports car that’s based on a Kia Stinger and has been developed with the assistance of none other than Rimac


New Porsche Mission R Is A 1,073 HP Electric Racing Car That Hints At Future Cayman

One of the more striking concepts brought to us at the Munich Motor Show is this, the future Cayman-previewing Porsche Mission R. The Mission R demonstrates what Porsche thinks the future of racing will look like, with this Cayman-shaped twin motor, all-electric, all-wheel-drive coupe. It could just predict the future of a one-make cup series or offer us a first look at what an all-electric Cayman could look like if you remove all the pointy motorsport stuff.


Elon Musk Confirms Tesla Cybertruck Has Been Delayed Until Late 2022

On a company-wide call, Elon Musk has confirmed that the Tesla Cybertruck has been delayed until 2022, while significant volume production won’t be reached until late 2023. The setback means that it’s increasingly likely that the Rivian R1T, GMC Hummer EV, and Ford F-150 Lightning trucks will begin deliveries before Tesla. But that’s unlikely to perturb any of the one million reservations for the Cybertruck that have been already placed.

Skoda is getting ready to pull the wraps off its Coupe version of the Enyaq iV. The conventional Enyaq iV was Skoda’s first attempt at an electric car, and the coupe will share much with it, but with a redesigned rear end from the B-pillar back. The shape will be inspired by the Vision iV concept from 2019 with a heavily sloping roofline.


MINI Urbanaut Concept Might Lead To A Production Minivan, Company Says At Munich Motor Show

The MINI Urbanaut is more than just a throw-away concept. According to a report by Autocar, the project may be greenlit to reveal a futuristic MPV of the future. A production version is likely to be challenging to build though. The Urbanaut doesn’t fit any of the existing platforms of the BMW Group. It also uses steer by wire technology which is not yet in production, but executives have hope.


XEV Shows Off European Battery Exchange Program For 3D Printed City Car, The Yoyo

Battery swapping isn’t a new concept, but China’s XEV wants to show European buyers what it could look like as it partners with fuel company ENI to launch battery swapping stations. Meanwhile, the XEV Yoyo is among the most thoroughly 3D-printed cars coming to market. Almost everything on the car is 3D printed, with each car being built in just three days.

After the news that current Mercedes F1 driver Valtteri Bottas will be departing the team and heading to Alfa Romeo next year, young Briton George Russell has been announced as his replacement. Russell has impressed with a second-place gride position at Spa in the wet, and a series of strong drives since he joined Williams in 2019.


TikTok Overtakes YouTube For Average Watch Time

A study suggests that mobiles users are spending more time watching TikTok videos than they are on the YouTube app, reports the BBCThe Chinese app rocketed to popularity, with its most recent figures suggesting it had 700 million uses in mid-2020.
