2022 Ford Mustang Gets Blacked-Out Stealth Edition And California Special With Optional GT Performance Package

The Mustang is getting a new Stealth Edition for the 2022 range. The appearance package is available for the 2.3-liter EcoBoost Premium model and brings a number of blacked-out components, including 19-inch Ebony aluminum wheels, pony badges, and mirror caps. There’s also the California Special Appearance Package, which is now available with the GT Performance Package for the first time.


Chevy Teases New Silverado EV’s Glass Roof, Confirms Debut For CES 2022 In January

Chevrolet has announced that its new 2022 Silverado EV will be unveiled at CES in January. The world’s most important tech show, held annually in Las Vegas, will also host the launch of Chevrolet’s rival to the Ford F-150 Lightning. In another newly-revealed teaser, the Silverado EV shows off an optional fixed glass roof which Chevy says will offer “expansive visibility, increased headroom, and an enhanced experience of spaciousness for both front and rear passengers.”


GM’s Ultra Cruise Will Provide “True” Hands-Free City And Highway Driving Across Most Of The US And Canada

General Motors has unveiled the more advanced and more capable bigger brother to their Super Cruise driver assistance suite. Dubbed Ultra Cruise, the system incorporates integrated LiDAR to enable hands-free driving across over 2 million miles of U.S. and Canadian roads. When it launches in 2023, Ultra Cruise will be reserved for select models, with Super Cruise rolled out to a broader range of mainstream models.

World-renowned manufacturer of braking systems and components, Brembo, will be partnering with Gran Turismo 7 when it comes to PS4 and PS5 in 2022. The tie-up means that players will be able to upgrade their cars with official Brembo parts in-game as part of the title’s tuning options.


Red Bull And Honda Reveal Tribute Livery At Turkish GP

Having teased us yesterday, Red Bull Racing has revealed its special white livery for this weekend’s Turkish GP.  The color scheme plays tribute to the RA272, the first Honda F1 car to win a race. Sister team Alpha Tauri is also expected to offer a one-off livery. The gesture was supposed to celebrate Honda’s accomplishments at their home race in Japan, but as it was canceled, they’re doing so at the Turkish venue.
