If you want to start your automotive career in a prestige manufacturer, then this is probably your best chance since Bentley has announced a total of 113 new trainee vacancies for 2022. This is the highest number of early career opportunities offered at Bentley’s headquarters, with the trainees destined to support the Beyond100 strategy for the future of the luxury brand.
Bentley is looking for trainees especially in the sectors of digital technology, electrical and systems engineering, and lean manufacturing. The company suggests that 20 per cent of them will be trained in software engineering and data science.

Dr. Karen Lange, Member of the Board for Human Resources said: “These colleagues will play a key role as we evolve our entire operations to lead sustainable luxury mobility into the future”. As part of the Beyond100 strategy, Bentley wants to be carbon neutral and have a fully electric range by 2030.
