Cadillac might have unveiled the Escalade EXT nearly two decades ago, but it was discontinued in 2013 due to slow sales and the brand hasn’t built a pickup truck since. However, instead of picking up a used EXT, the owner of this 2004 Chevrolet Silverado decided to build a Cadillac pickup of their own.
This unique pickup is currently up for sale on eBay with a classified ad price of $98,000. The listing says it was originally purchased to transport Bonneville speed racers for Californian-based racing outfit Spectre Industries. However, the company soon started to extensively modify the vehicle.
The truck originally had a Red/Champagne two-tone paint scheme but has since been repainted in all-black. It sits on 22-inch wheels and features an adjustable air suspension. It also has a bed that can be raised or lowered through a hydraulic system and a double dually rear setup.

Later on in the truck’s life it was fitted with a Cadillac front end that make it resemble an Escalade. Then there is the engine.
Found beneath the hood is a 529 cubic-inch (8.6-liter) V8 that has been adorned with a pair of Garrett turbochargers and pumps out no less than 1,425 hp and 1,671 lb-ft (2,265 Nm) of torque. Coupled to this behemoth of an engine is a 5-speed Allison transmission.
A look inside the cabin of the pickup reveals seats that have been clad in cream-colored leather. There is also an aftermarket Kenwood audio system with a touchscreen display and door speakers. The listing fails to mention how many miles the chassis and engine of the truck have done.
