Hyundai announced today that it is expanding the offerings available from its digital showroom on Amazon. Shoppers will now be able to see real-time dealer inventory from participating showrooms on the website.

“Our mission is to be the leader in a seamless, digital and transparent retail experience in partnership with our dealer body,” said José Muñoz, president and CEO, Hyundai Motor North America. “The events of the last 18 months have made it clear that many consumers want a car buying process that aligns with how they purchase nearly everything else in their life. Amazon is a leading retailer and we’re excited to continue collaborating with them on digital retail experiences.”

The move, says Hyundai, will allow shoppers to start the buying process directly through their Hyundai Evolve showroom page that can be found at Amazon.com/Hyundai. They will be able to configure and estimate the price of their ideal Hyundai, find one that matches their desires, and contact the dealer to complete the sale.

“We are thrilled Hyundai is continuing to innovate with us to evolve their showroom experience,” said Alan Moss, VP of Global Ad Sales for Amazon Ads. “We look forward to a deeper collaboration on new features that enhance the showroom and make it even more helpful for customers as they discover and research Hyundai vehicles.”

The new service builds on Hyundai‘s digital showroom, which it launched in 2018. Along with shopping tools, the site also has a brand experience page that highlights the latest Hyundai technology, features articles about the company’s mission, and gives information about things like warranty and maintenance.
