The Ford Bronco will get a refresh for the 2024 model year, a new report suggests.
Citing unnamed sources familiar with the issue, Ford Authority states the automaker had originally intended on updating it for the 2025 model year but has since moved that forward by a year.
Given that the launch of the facelifted Bronco is still a few years away, it’s difficult to know what changes Ford will make to it, but they will likely include the usual array of revised front and rear fascias, and well as some interior updates and, maybe, some new tech.

The coming years are shaping up to be quite exciting for enthusiasts of the new Bronco. Ford has already confirmed that a Raptor variant is just around the corner and will hit the market for the 2022 model year. The high-performance variant of the off-roader will allegedly use a twin-turbocharged 3.0-liter EcoBoost V6 with roughly 400 hp and 400 lb-ft (542 Nm). Some remain hopeful that the Bronco will also be available with a V8 at some stage but, so far, there’s no indication that this will happen.
An all-electric Bronco could also be on the cards. With Jeep already electrifying the Wrangler with the hybrid 4xe and reportedly working on an all-electric variant, it wouldn’t be surprising if Ford also electrified its SUV. In May, Jim Farley, the Blue Oval’s CEO, hinted that the company might be working on an all-electric Bronco, though he didn’t go as far as confirming it.
