The SEMA Show kicks off next month and Nissan has announced plans to bring an assortment of vehicles including a customized Pathfinder and Frontier.
Starting with the former, the Project Overland Pathfinder is designed to show how relatively simple modifications can make the crossover more capable.
In particular, the model has been equipped with a prototype 2-inch lift kit that features custom Bilstein shocks. The Pathfinder also rides on 18-inch NISMO Off-Road wheels wrapped in Maxxis RAZR AT rubber.
On the styling front, the model has been outfitted with a custom front bumper guard, auxiliary lights and a prototype roof rack. They’re joined by custom rock rails and a RIGd UltraSwing Multi-Fit Hitch Carrier with an UltraTable. Other highlights include a modified interior with an Egoé Nestbox Camper Conversion complete with a kitchen and sleeping platform.

Out back, there’s performance shocks with remote reservoirs and custom leaf springs that provide a 2-inch lift.
Other highlights include a heavy duty front bumper, a bed rack, a rooftop tent and 17-inch NISMO Off-Road wheels with Maxxis RAZR MT tires. The truck has also been outfitted with auxiliary lights, a cat-back exhaust system, a TruckVault all-weather bed drawer system, an ARB fridge and an ARB air compressor.
Nissan didn’t release pictures of the interior, but said it features a Garmin Overlander all-terrain GPS system and a Garmin PowerSwitch box for controlling electrical accessories. There’s also a portable battery pack and a foldable solar panel.
