The E30-generation BMW M3 is a true icon of the automotive industry and while surging prices mean it is now unattainable for many enthusiasts, some particularly nice examples do hit the market from time to time. This is one of them.
This M3 is a 1991 model and has been owned by the seller since September 2018. A month after picking up the keys to the car, the seller had the differential mount replaced, the timing chain tensioner replaced, and the power steering line replaced. In August 2019, the brake pads, rotors, sway bar links, bushings, shocks, springs, and various silicone hoses were also replaced. Last month, the driveshaft was also rebuilt and the spark plugs replaced, meaning the car should now drive very nicely.

Cars like the E30 M3 typically fetch the most amount of money on the used car market when they are completely stock and while this example does have some modifications, they have all been done tastefully. Among the modifications made include the fitment of 17-inch BBS RC wheels, an M3 Evolution-inspired body kit, Bilstein shocks, H&R springs, a Racing Dynamics strut tower brace, a Z3 short shifter, and perhaps the coolest upgrade of the lot, plaid upholstery across the seats and door panels.
The Cars & Bids listing notes that this M3 has been driven 128,600 miles since it was new and has a clean California title, although a Carfax report does reveal it was damaged in a collision in 2009.
