German tuning company Pogea Racing has just unveiled a very special Mercedes-Benz CLS63 AMG Shooting Brake owned by the tuner’s founder.

Modifications start with some exterior upgrades. For example, the gorgeous Shooting Brake has been equipped with new carbon fiber components, including the wing mirror covers, hood, and rear diffuser. A front bumper similar in style to some current AMG models has also been fitted, drastically altering the fascia of the car.

Elsewhere, Pogea Racing has equipped the CLS63 AMG with a set of forged wheels measuring 20×9 at the front and 20×10 at the rear and wrapped in 255/30 and 285/25 Michelin Pilot Sport 4S tires. The car also has height adjustable KW springs to improve handling and give the car an even more aggressive stance on the road.

Various changes have also been made to the 5.5-liter twin-turbocharged V8. The fitment of an improved cooling system, ECU tweaks, and other upgrades mean the engine is now good for 732 hp and 822 lb-ft (1,114 Nm) of torque, significantly more than the 577 hp and 590 lb-ft (800 Nm) that it used to produce. This increase in horsepower and torque allows the car to hit 204 mph (329 km/h), a staggering top speed for a vehicle like this.

Pogea Racing has also worked tirelessly on the cabin of the car and partnered with an audio specialist to fit a new speaker system that includes two subwoofers. The CLS63 AMG also sports a new 12.5-inch Android-based infotainment system that works through a WiFi dongle and can stream YouTube, Netflix, and other services.
