There are some cars out there that look kinda stupid when fitted with widebody kits but the Hyundai Tucson is not one of them.
The current Tucson has a unique design and really stands out on the road, particularly thanks to its LED daytime running lights and LED taillights. While there probably won’t be many Tucson owners out there looking to modify their SUVs, aftermarket specialist Prior Design has rendered how the Hyundai would look with a series of external modifications.

As realistic as this video looks, it is all CGI but what it does show is the Tucson with a widebody kit and a host of other visual alterations. To my eyes, the sharp lines of the SUV work perfectly with this body kit.
Up front, the Tucson has been fitted with a revised bumper that includes new shrouds around the headlights and an extensive splitter. The SUV has then been imagined with flared front and rear wheel arches finished in black and sits on a set of big wheels with black spokes.
Significant alterations continue at the rear where there is a large rooftop wing and an additional lip spoiler on the tailgate. Prior Design has also rendered the SUV with a distinctive bumper complete with an especially pronounced diffuser. A set of quad tailpipes finish the look.
Prior Design has yet to commit making this Tucson bodykit a reality but has suggested that it could come to life in 2022.
