This is an independent design study for a Citroen Space Tourer concept made by Carlos MM who is neither related to nor endorsed by Citroen.
The use of electric powertrains opens up a new world of possibilities for automotive designers and this, dubbed the Citroen Space Tourer, shows just how radical cars of the future could look.
This vehicle has been designed by Carlos MM and, according to the designer, combines a family sedan with a sports car and a utility vehicle, creating the ultimate grand tourer and an EV that can serve a multitude of purposes.

The overall shape of the Space Tourer immediately stands out. It has an extremely long wheelbase and the top half of the body is dominated by glass panels. In fact, there is so much glass that it looks like a single piece of curved glass covers the hood, windshield, roof, side windows, and rear decklid. It wouldn’t be very practical on a hot summer’s day but it certainly looks cool.
Elsewhere, the radical Citroen concept has been rendered with a relatively simple front end that includes a large Citroen badge and LED headlights and daytime running lights. The concept also features cameras instead of wing mirrors and sits on a massive set of wheels with aerodynamic covers. Our favorite angle, though, is the rear-end which consists of a full-width LED light bar and exceptionally sleek and curvaceous bodywork.
Only a single image of the Citroen’s interior has been published, but it shows the car with an oddly-shaped steering wheel that has its top cut off, a holographic digital instrument cluster, and a curved dashboard with a prominent curved infotainment screen.
