The Nissan R35 GT-R is approaching the end of its lifecycle but that hasn’t stopped Kuhl Racing from developing one final bodykit for the iconic Japanese supercar.
Kuhl Racing has been building bodykits for the GT-R for many years and it refers to this particular kit as the ‘Final Edition.’ It radically transforms the look of the Nissan, making it much more striking and ensuring its turns heaps of heads.
Things start at the front end where Kuhl has crafted an entirely bespoke bumper with an enlarged grille and a pronounced splitter. It probably won’t be very friendly to speedbumps but it does help to add some extra panache to the GT-R’s front fascia. Elsewhere, Kuhl is also crafting flared front fenders.

The most intriguing aspect of the design are the flared rear wheel arches as they have been neatly incorporated into the standard bodywork thanks to a panel that stretches from the wheel arches and along the doors. Complementing these add-ons are unique skirts and a set of aftermarket wheels.
Alterations continue at the GT-R’s rear with a unique diffuser and bumper package. This particular GT-R is pictured with its standard rear wing but we are told that Kuhl is also working on a large rear wing alongside a distinctive hood.
Perhaps the most remarkable Nissan GT-R built by Kuhl Racing in the past was one with a gold exterior finish and clad with a widebody kit that was covered in intricate engravings made by hand. That car hit the used car market in Dubai earlier this year for $500,000.
