Roush is best known for tuning Mustangs, but that hasn’t stopped them from developing a new package for the Ford Bronco.
Designed to improve the model’s performance on- and off-road, the “kit-in-a-box product” includes an air induction system that promises to provide 30% more airflow than the factory setup. The system also features an off-road pre-filter and maintains the Bronco’s water-fording capability.
Buyers will also find a three-inch axle-back stainless steel exhaust system, which promises to improve ground clearance as well as the model’s departure angle. Roush added the exhaust delivers their signature “performance sound” with increased turbo noise.

Furthermore, buyers will find a set of five 17-inch wheels. They come without rubber, but the company recommends outfitting them in General Grabber X3 LT315/70R17 tires.
Moving inside, there are floor liners, a console vault, and two Roush-branded key fobs. There’s also an off-road recovery kit that consists of a weather-proof storage case, a recovery strap, a flashlight, and work gloves.
Rounding out the highlights are a graphics kit, which includes a windshield banner, hood graphics, and a Jack Roush signature decal. They’re joined by American flag graphics, front fender badges, and a license plate frame.
The kit costs $6,750 and can be shipped directly to consumers in a serialized, “laser-engraved crate that can be disassembled and kept as a keepsake.” That’s a bit much, but you can avoid the kit altogether and pick up the air induction system and exhaust for $479.99 and $1,049.99, respectively. However, it’s worth noting the upgrades aren’t 50 state legal due to emissions.
