The Toyota Aygo X is sharing the GA-B platform with the Yaris / Yaris Cross but comes with reduced overhangs and a downsized rear chassis section. It is 3,700 mm (145.7 inches) long, 1,740 mm (68.5 inches) wide, and 1,525 mm (60 inches) tall, with a wheelbase of 2,430 mm (95.7 inches) and a curb weight of 940 kg (2,072 pounds). The sole engine option in the Aygo range is the naturally aspirated 1.0-liter three-cylinder producing 71 hp (53 kW / 72 PS) and 93 Nm (68.6 lb-ft) of torque. The motor is mated to either a five-speed manual gearbox or an S-CVT automatic sending power to the front axle.
The Toyota Aygo X is offered with up to a 10-year / 100,000-mile warranty through the Toyota Relax warranty program given that owners service their Aygo at an authorized Toyota center.
