The yoke steering wheel of the facelifted Tesla Model S and Model X continues to stir up debate, and for those owners that want something slightly more traditional, Tesla tuner T Sportline has the answer.
The tuner is currently selling a modified wheel based around the yoke but complete with an upper half that makes it slightly more conventional. With that being said, the wheel is still not quite conventional as it doesn’t just have a flat bottom but the top half is almost flat as well.
The wheel is available with a hand upholstered finish from $2,299 or with a carbon fiber finish for $3,499. Those looking to purchase one of the wheels will need to budget in an extra $500 ‘core fee’ as T Sportline will remove the original core and airbag unit from the OEM wheel and fit it into this new wheel. The fee will then be returned to shoppers after this process is complete.

While the new wheel does look cool, Tesla models equipped with the cold weather package will no longer have heated steering wheel functionality.
For Tesla Model S and Model X owners happy with their standard yoke steering wheels, T Sportline also offers standard yoke wheels with a carbon fiber finish for $2,999 or reupholstered in any color of leather and stitching for $1,499.
T Sportline promotes itself as the world’s first Tesla tuner and offers a plethora of bespoke interior and exterior parts for the Model 3, Model Y, Model S, and Model X. You can find the Yoke steering wheels at T Sportline’s site here.
