This story contains independently made renders for a tuned 2022 Ford Bronco by Abimelec Design who is neither related to nor endorse by Ford.
The new Ford Bronco is one of the most capable off-roaders on the market but that doesn’t mean it can’t benefit from a plethora of rugged upgrades.
In the months since customer deliveries of the Bronco started, we have seen a number of aftermarket companies launching tuning solutions for Ford’s hot off-roader. However, we haven’t seen a tuner overhaul the Bronco in a way that matches this example rendered by Abimelec Design.

In creating his ultimate Bronco, the designer tried to imagine what it would look like if Arctic Trucks got its hands on the Ford. For those that don’t know, Arctic Trucks modifies pickups and off-roaders to tackle Arctic conditions and actually built the Toyota Hilux that Top Gear used in its Polar Special back in 2007.
To create this ultimate version of the Bronco that’s capable of wading through deep snow, the rendering artist added a set of huge body-colored ender flares that we must admit look pretty tasty. These arches allow for the fitment of a new wheel and tire package aimed at increasing the off-roader’s footprint and improving traction.
A handful of other changes have been made. For example, there is a unique front bumper complete with a new winch. Abimelec Design has also adorned the Bronco in a unique shade of blue complete with red accents, including the Bronco badge at the front end.
While it’s hard to know if a Bronco like this will ever be built, Ford did recently unveil the new Bronco Raptor that promises to deliver even more exceptional off-road capabilities. Most notably, it is 9.8-inches (25 cm) wider than the standard four-door model, rocks a new 3.0-liter EcoBoost V6, and has various suspension upgrades.
