Buying a new Ford Bronco isn’t easy and thousands of customers with orders will be waiting many months before they can take delivery of their SUV. However, for one particular Bronco enthusiast who shared her experience on the Bronco 6th Gen Facebook page, it was all pure luck.
Taking to Facebook, Wendy Sue H. revealed that she had been on the lookout for a Bronco but didn’t expect to buy one for a few years and in May 2021, decided to buy a new Ranger. However, in a stroke of luck, she stumbled across a 2021 Bronco that was listed up for sale and in stock from the Seekins Ford Lincoln dealership in Fairbanks, Alaska.
The Bronco in question is painted in the same shade of Cactus Gray as her Ranger and is a Badlands variant with the Sasquatch package. She quickly got in contact with the dealership and the following day, signed the paperwork and picked up the keys to it.

The dealership told her that a customer ordered the Bronco last year and that it touched down in Alaska on January 7 but the original customer’s financing fell through the following day. The dealership quickly listed the off-roader up for sale.
Making this story all the more interesting is the fact that the dealership did not hit the Bronco with a hefty markup, like so many other Ford dealerships across the country are doing.
Anyone in Alaska will be pleased to know that this isn’t the only 2021 Bronco that’s available from the Seekins Ford Lincoln dealership. The dealer recently got its hands on a new two-door Bronco Badlands finished in Antimatter Blue Metallic and fitted with the 2.3-liter EcoBoost four-cylinder engine. It has an MSRP of $50,965 and has also been listed without a markup.
